We have seen lots of e-mails and a few questions this year asking about
free open source live BMX web casts of BMX Racing. -- Is anyone doing
live web casts of any of the BMX Racing? - There is not many but a few.
A small history - The ABA BMX & NBL BMX, The BMX sanctions a few
years back did a live video web cast and voice cast but they turned
them in to a pay membership BMX web site thing and it folded up so
there is nothing from them today. There was some other paying BMX
web site that was doing live feeds a few years back as well but looks
like they have folded up too. There is a closed sourced membership
hoop jumping web site that does a live feed but does not help in the
BMX racing community as just not anyone can surf in to watch events.
So, nothing via open free live web casts from the 2 big BMX sanctions.
The Utah BMX.com in South Jordan, Utah hosted a free Live Streaming
Video Web Cast on the weekend of January 13th 2007 making the Utah
BMX.com the first ever Independent ABA BMX track and BMX web site
to host a live internet web cast feed from a basic BMX race event. The
BMX Event And the Live Web Cast Was A Big BMX Success. - They have
since dropped/closed the free live web casts for un-known reasons........

Colorado River BMX Track in Bullhead City, Arizona hosts a cool free
Web Cast Feed of there BMX Race events.. BMX racing can
be seen on the web on Friday's at 8:00pm to 10:00pm Mountain Time...
Colorado River BMX.org sets a nice prime example to what other BMX
Racing Tracks could be doing on the World Wide Web to help in getting
more people out to the tracks by showing off BMX Racing on the web...
The web cast is free open source, No membership hoop jumping to watch
people can just surf in to watch at will. Thumbs up Colorado River BMX.
