Dorel announces departure of Juvenile Group President.
Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.B, DII.A) today announced that Camillo
Lisio, Dorel Juvenile Group President, has tendered his resignation and
will be leaving the company by January 23, 2009.
Hani Basile, Dorel Juvenile Group's Chief Operating Officer
is assuming leadership of the segment on an interim basis.
Mr. Basile has been involved with Dorel's juvenile businesses since
he joined the Company in 2003. He served as Chief Executive Officer
of Dorel Distribution Canada, was instrumental in establishing Dorel
Australia and Dorel Brazil and has been COO of Dorel Juvenile Group
worldwide since May 2008.
